Our support knowledge base contains answers to frequently asked questions.
The Netrounds support team is available to maintain, manage and support every aspect of your service during business hours (Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CEST). Supported communication channels in our basic support package are via support.netrounds.com, via email to email@example.com, and via built-in live chat in Netrounds.
Critical issues affecting many customers are supported as needed outside of normal office hours for all support levels, including basic support.
In addition to basic level support, support is also available via phone during business hours (Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CEST).
